#9 -- sola gratia

Thankful for the daily reminders of grace. Thankful that although I often default to legalism and the overall belief (whether it is conscious or not) that I can do things all by myself, His grace abounds all the more. I am nothing without grace, and for that I can't help but to be thankful.

“Now the law came in to increase the trespass, but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more, so that, as sin reigned in death, grace also might reign through righteousness leading to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 5:20-21
